PolicyClover is a marketing brand operated by adsystems.io LLC. Our business is generating insurance leads, which means we may “sell” or “share” your personal information with independent, licensed insurance agents and agencies — and use certain advertising and analytics partners — as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”) and similar U.S. state privacy laws.

If you are a California resident (or a resident of another U.S. state with comparable rights), you can use this page to ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal information.

Your right to opt out

You have the right to direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information. Submitting a request here will not affect any insurance you have already requested, and it does not require you to create an account. Exercising this right will not result in discriminatory treatment.

• If you have already submitted a lead, opting out stops future sale/sharing by PolicyClover. Information already provided to an Insurance Partner is governed by that partner’s own privacy policy.
• Cookie/advertising opt-out: to limit ad-tech “sharing” (e.g., pixels), also adjust your browser cookie controls and use industry tools such as the NAI or DAA opt-outs. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request to opt out on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
